Working principle;
When the honeysuckle dryer dehydrates and dries honeysuckle, the honeysuckle with high humidity is transported to the drying box through a belt conveyor. At this time, the heat generated in the combustion furnace enters the cylinder from the same end and comes into contact with the high humidity material, causing the surface moisture to evaporate and dry.
As the honeysuckle dryer operates, the honeysuckle in the box continuously moves forward on the mesh belt. The box adopts a multi-layer mesh belt structure, and the honeysuckle moves forward and falls layer by layer under the drive of the transmission device, flipping over; There are material guiding devices between layers to prevent the material from falling off.
